• $30 non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, if you book without deposit your appointment would be automatically cancelled.                              

• No shows would be charged FULL price of intended service PLUS the deposit and blocked!

• 4 inch hair minimum all round

• 10 minutes late is automatic $30 “late fee” charge

• Appointments are automatically cancelled after 15 minutes, you will be charged the full amount and blocked!

• Cancellations within 48 hours would be automatic 50% charge of the scheduled service 

• Reschedules within 24 hours would require a new deposit 

• Kindly allow at least 24 hours for all natural deep conditioning treatments

• "A" does not provide braiding hair, asking “A” to provide hair comes at an additional cost 

• $100 for squeeze in's & same day booking (automatically applied within 24 hours of the appointment)

• $50 for bookings within 48 hours (i.e you contact A 2pm tuesday for an appointment 2pm thursday- $50 would automatically be applied to said appointment NO exceptions)

• All clients are required to fully detangle their hair before their appointment (with the exceptions of take down services)

• Braiding clients must come with their hair fully blow dried to avoid additional fees

• Braids over 26inches are additional  $60 - $80

• All locs/sister loc installations require video/ in-person consultation

• We do not services kids under 6, Kids braids prices apply to 6-12 year old

• Available for collaborations, photoshoots or special occasion requests.

• Home services are available for an additional $120 please note $60 extra to any additional 10 miles outside the 30 miles round trip covered by the fee

• Failure to respect or comply with any of the rules would have you BLOCKED
